Description

Yoga Nidra (also known as yogic-sleep) is a deeply restorative and relaxing meditative practice that will help you quickly come back into balance. Existing both in the conscious and sub-conscious realm, yoga nidra provides the ability to tap into deeper parts of your own nature as you receive time to absorb the tremendous healing effects from your meditation practice.

This workshop will explore a slow restorative yoga practice, pranayama (breathing techniques) and a guided Yoga Nidra meditation to help you feel relaxed, present and rejuvenated.

Bring a small pillow, an extra mat & eye pillow if you have one to get as comfortable as possible!
