Through devotion in motion this workshop will explore intention setting, mudra, breathwork, guided self-inquiry, and movement meditation allowing us to return to our most radiant self. Through rising and rooting, bowing and bending, twisting and melting we collectively breathe, sweat and connect back to the essence of yoga.
