Things to do on Preston Street

Have you ever visited Piazza Dante? A small park at the corner of Gladstone and Booth, across from St. Anthony’s Church, it was established in recognition of the Italian contribution to Ottawa and to Canada in Canada's first one hundred years. In this shady, tranquil space, you’ll also find a memorial wall paying tribute to the perseverance, courage and loyalty of the Italian Canadians of Ottawa who served in the Canadian Forces in World War II. ? Do you have stories about people who’ve contributed to Preston Street’s illustrious past? We’d love to hear them! #101onPreston
